What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Krone Brands. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Process:

    • Email us at support@kronebrands.com to initiate a return.

    • Include your order number and reason for the return.

    • You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • All transactions are secure and encrypted.

  • Payments are processed at the time of checkout.
